All of our software utilizes our highly flexible and extremely powerful shell that allows complete customization by the end user. Each form, table and column (file and field) is fully configurable to allow extensive changes to its behavior and properties. We call this interface "Intelligent Fields". Any set of rules, constraints, or validations you might require can be applied to any form or field (either singularly or globally), via a simple-to-use dialog. Additionally we incorporate a scripting language called "CCS Script". This powerful, yet easy to learn script allows many syntax variances and recognizes many keywords from the most popular programing languages including C, Java, and BASIC. Via CCS Script you can completely control both the flow and the functionality of any CCS Program. This feature allows you to customize a CCS Program to fit your business like no other program can while allowing us to create a faster, more efficient, and most importantly, more economical package. There is no need to "hardwire" all the possible "what ifs" into every program--you can configure them yourself.

All CCS Programs designed for the Windows platforms are centered around an SQL data base management system (DBMS) through an ODBC or native driver of your choice. CCS Programs are fully client/server capable (via an ODBC driver like Microsoft's SQL Server, Oracle etc.) or can be used stand alone or networked (non client/server) via any ODBC driver that supports keyset driven cursors. Many popular ODBC drivers are included with each CCS Program. By utilizing ODBC (the industry standard), all CCS files (Tables) are "Open", i.e., non proprietary. This feature allows yet another layer of extensibility by exposing CCS tables directly to any ODBC capable DBMS, Spreadsheet, or report generator program, without the need to import or export the CCS data.

Included with every CCS package is the Crystal Reports engine (library version included as a DLL). Via an easy-to-use CCS dialog and this powerful report generator, reports can be sorted or filtered by any column within any table utilized by the report. For example: Using our payroll module, you could easily print an employee listing for those employees who have worked at least 90 days, and are participating in a 401k program, sorted by department, even if neither the days worked, deduction information or department are included in the report. Additionally, you may elect to use an alternative stand alone report generator of your choice, and configure CCS to print the custom reports you design.

There are many, many features that come standard with every CCS Program, and we are constantly upgrading our library. These upgrades are provided to you at no cost via this web site. CCS will be the last business management software package you will need.
